Restorative Yoga | Des Moines

Join Stephie F., E-RYT 500 Kripalu Yoga Teacher, for this special practice of profound rest where gentle movement and shapes, supported by props, create the conditions for deep relaxation and renewal. Restorative yoga emphasizes complete comfort and ease, allowing your nervous system to shift into a state of repair and restoration. This exploration will also engage your mental body through the integrative work of meditation and reflection.
